My roof was leaking and I called PRE to see if they could come out and evaluate a patch/repair. Dave made it a point to head to my house immediately to stop our leak. He evaluated our 30 yo roof and determined that it was best to replace the roof. He gave me a bid and I signed the contract to start the replacement. His crew was going to start the work in 5 days. While we waited for permits Dave did a temporary patch that stopped our leak and got us by for the 5 days before work could start. The crew came out and did an outstanding job! They completed the entire roof installation in 1 day! That included replacing water damaged sheets of plywood! The new roof looks great and no more leaks. Dave even recaulked a window that had developed a small leak. I wouldn’t hesitate calling Precision Roof and Exteriors if I ever need work done again!

I would very highly recommend Precision Roofing & Exteriors. David was the best person to work with! I used him to do some roof repairs and he was very knowledgeable, communicated well, kept in contact, and was punctual. He got the shingles to match perfectly and did the job quickly and efficiently. Not to mention that his pricing is extremely reasonable. If you need anything done, call David!
